Inclusions Collection Kit
If you have chosen to purchase a collection kit:
Our collection kits contains a small wooden spoon, sealable packet(s) for ashes, hair, fur or other. Instruction to help with sending us your loved ones inclusions. Please reuse the box it is sent to you in.
You will need to pay for the returned postage using your chosen postal service. We advise you use a tracked and signed for postal service for peace of mind.
If you have chosen to send ashes, hair or fur using your own container, here are some instructions to help you.
Please DO NOT send all the ashes, hair or fur to us.
Cremation Ashes: We only need about 1/2 to 1 level teaspoon (roughly 1–2 grams). Put a small amount of ashes into sealable container. Do not overfill the container, as it may spill when opened.
Hair or Fur: Aim for a small lock about 3cm to 5cm long or a pinch roughly the size of a 5p coin. Tie the lock together with the small piece of cotton to keep it organised. Please do not use sticky tape directly on the hair or fur.
Important: Please make sure the sealable container(s) is sealed properly.
Label: Clearly write the name of your loved one or pet and order number on each individual container.
Place the sealed container(s) inside a small "spill-proof" bag for extra security during transit.
Shipping Back to us: Place all items into a padded envelope or a strong outer mailer.
We strongly recommend you use a tracked and signed-for service (like Royal Mail Special Delivery) so you can track your package.
We will send a confirmation email when we have receive your inclusions and logged them into our system.
